The Lille star won the Ligue 1 Young Player of the Season last term, and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been a long time admirer of the 18-year-old. Hazard has already been capped by his country, and Belgian sources believe that United sent a scout to watch the player in a Europa League clash with Racing Genk last Thursday.    Report
