I think it was a shrewd move by Wenger to bring in Campbell. Knows the club inside out, has the experience and ability to really strengthen our defence. He's also a great example to the young players. Wenger should do more to mix experience with youth. Vieira would have been a decent addition until the end of the season as well...

Good experience, good personality around the dressing room I imagine, good in the air and probably still able to tackle.

Doesn't matter if he's too immobile to keep up with modern day Premier League strikers though.

Him and Martin Keown would be the best pairing, with Andy Lineghan in reserve.
